Mirrativ is a Livestreaming / Communication App which users can connect & share their smartphone screens to friends. (Today’s main usecase = Mobile Game Streaming)
It’s an internal start up project by DeNA which is one of the biggerst social game company in Japan.
Mirrativ is growing up rapidly in Korea (5-7% growth per week), especially among young users without any paid marketing.
Our mid term goal is to be one of the biggest communication app with tons of users globally.
We’re looking for a passionate talented person who can maximize this product in Korea as a country manager / community manager.
We believe it’s an exciting position to give candidates C2C startup experience.

1. Primary responsibilities
  • Country manager = Responsibility for growth in Korean market (Product development will be done in Tokyo with his/her input, as a 1st growth country for the app) = Formulate marketing strategy for growth and execute it
  • Engaging communities to maximize royalty for Mirrativ
  • Organize in-service campaign
  • Naver cafe management
  • Organize offline meetups
  • Basic customer support / customer success
2. Work condition
  • Location: DeNA Seoul( 서울시 강남구 테헤란로 87길 39 (삼성동) 심스빌딩 3층) or work from home. (discussed in the interview)
  • Working hours: Full time, 5days per week (Can choice off-day. Weekend should be prioritized for work since users are active)
  • Salary: Discussed in the interview
  • Regular employee or 6 months contract (discussed in the interview)
  • Can start working from July (or earlier)
  • Team members are currently in Tokyo and Seoul.
  • You can have support from today’s community manager till the end of July (he’ll supposed to move to Tokyo from August)
3. Requirement
  • Understanding mobile game market in Korea. He/she himself also should be a mobile gamer.
  • Having an open communication skill to contact gamers and teens.
  • Love to touch mobile internet community / SNS (understanding local culture of community)
  • Sincere person to users and team. Daily work includes customer support activity.
  • Korean native. Business level English or Japanese
  • Active type rather than quiet / intellectual quiet type. We love to take a rapid action to go bold.
  • Younger is better since our users are totally young.
  • Experience as a community manager or markting planner is great to have but it’s not must term.“Relentlessly resourceful” (by Ycombinator) work for growth with passion is our priority.
